演讲人：约翰·佩博迪先生
约翰·佩博迪先生曾是Ansvar保险（澳大利亚与新西兰）的首席执行官兼执行董事，他担任首席执行官的职务达11余年。佩博迪先生也是澳大利亚保险委员会董事、保险调查专员公署董事，还曾担任天主教会保险的全球董事会成员。
佩博迪先生目前依然担任澳大利亚VMIA保险的董事长、澳大利亚再保险联保公司董事。澳大利亚再保险联保公司是专为反恐政治风险所设立的再保险池。
在过去40余年的从业经历中，佩博迪先生具备对保险行业深刻且独到的见解，积累了对保险企业成熟有效的管理经验。在1999年至2010年担任Ansvar保险首席执行官的11年间，他成功地将Ansvar保险带入澳大利亚保险行业的第一梯队，带领公司迈向核保盈利、理赔高效、专业可靠、稳定增长的良性发展阶段。
佩博迪先生不仅仅是一个优秀的管理人，他更是将企业管理与社会责任相结合，坚持为重振保险形象、推广保险的社会价值而努力。

Presenter:John Peberdy , Chief Executive Officer, Ansvar Insurance
John was the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Ansvar (Australia & New Zealand) Insurance for 11 years. John is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF, and was formerly a Board Member of The Insurance Council of Australia and The Insurance Ombudsman Service. He also served on the Global Leadership Team of Ecclesiastical Insurance.He is currently the Chair of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority and a member of The Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation, Australia’s terrorism pool. He is also Chair of an Authorised Representative and a licensed broker.
With over 40 years of experience, John’s knowledge of insurance is extensive. He first joined Ansvar in 1973 working in the Adelaide Office. He moved to Melbourne in 1985 and after the successful implementation of the company’s first on-line computer system took on senior roles including the regional manager for Victoria and Tasmania and Operations Manager prior to his appointment as CEO in1999.
John successfully led Ansvar Australia through a successful period of growth. He operates with a strong sense of social conscience with regard to the way the insurance industry should respond to its customers and the community generally.
